Quick Physical Therapy Tips to Lighten Your Day

Ok, here”s quite a few great tips to help you feel better each day!

  • Laughter Makes Your Nervous System Happy!
  • Dance to music with any little movement 3-5x / day as a break from the computer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Happy Feet: hold the back of your hamstring with your shin parallel to the floor and perform the capital letters with your foot / ankle to the stop the creaks and cracking when you stand on your feet first thing in the morning. It will prevent plantar fasciitis.
  • Avoid looking at your feet when you walk as it contributes to poor posture. It is best to still look at the ground but 10-15 feet in front of you.
